Terms of Use
The rules for using Meti App and participating in its rewards features.
Last updated: 15 September 2026
1. About these terms
Meti App and metiapp.com are provided by Meti Georgia, LLC, Vazisubani settlement, 18a, Tbilisi, Georgia. Contact us at support@metiapp.com. These terms apply to use of the mobile app and website.
By using Meti, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to agree to them or have any permission required from a parent or guardian. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
2. Your account
Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Tell support if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. Do not use another person's account without authorization.
3. Responsible use
Use Meti lawfully. Do not interfere with its systems, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, upload unlawful content, or use the app to harass others. Do not falsify movement, manipulate step or location data, exploit software errors, or create fraudulent redemptions to earn or spend points.
4. Your content
You remain responsible for the notes, records and other content you add. You retain your rights in that content. You permit Meti to store, process and display it as needed to provide the features you use. You must have the right to share any content you make available to other users. Keep your own copy of information you cannot afford to lose.
5. Activities and personal records
Activity measurements depend on device sensors, permissions and operating conditions and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Use the app safely, remain aware of your surroundings, and stop any activity that feels unsafe. Meti is a personal organization and activity tool, not a medical service. Personal finance features are for your own records and do not provide banking, investment or financial advisory services.
6. Points and merchant offers
Points are in-app rewards, not currency, a bank balance or an investment. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account. Each merchant offer states its own points cost and conditions; there is no guaranteed universal conversion rate between points and money.
Rewards depend on eligible, verified activity and the offer's availability. Merchants fulfill their own goods, services and discounts. Check an offer's conditions before redeeming it. Contact support with redemption problems and keep the relevant offer details. Deleting your account removes unused points. Any future changes to reward rules must be communicated consistently with applicable law.
7. Service changes and access
Maintenance, connectivity problems and technical errors may interrupt the service. Features may change over time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats or unlawful activity, subject to applicable law. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect. An account restriction does not remove your applicable privacy rights.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using Meti and request account deletion. Uninstalling the app does not delete the online account. See the Account Deletion page for the request method, cancellation period and effect on your records and points. Deletion is irreversible after the purge completes.
9. Responsibility and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you where you live. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
For a service concern, contact support@metiapp.com so we can attempt to resolve it. This does not limit your right to seek remedies or contact a competent authority or court under applicable law.
